EZCORP in Carolina, PR is hiring Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker). Start as a Trainee in a 5-week paid program with raises and promotions to Pawnbroker, Lead Pawnbroker, and Assistant Manager paths. Includes health insurance, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

The role focuses on selling, pawning items, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced store environment. Bilingual candidates are a plus and background checks are required.
