Job summary

Vuori in Boca Raton is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to connect with customers and communicate Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge and a positive outlook. You’ll create an unforgettable experience and help customers find the right fit.

You will work with the sales team to hit sales goals in a team-based, commission environment, stay active through shifts, stock the floor, and ensure the store is clean while delivering outstanding service.

Job Description

Operations

• Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
• Collaborate with management in areas of inventory management.
• Ensure the retail store is cleaned on a regular basis – including floors and bathroom.
• Understand and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits, petty cash.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of all merchandising/visual directives.
• Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, organized and reflects the correct visual image at all times.
• Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.

• Willingness to work in an environment with bright lights and music
• Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment

The hourly range for this role is $15/hr - $17/hr, plus team pooled commission.
