Ollie's Bargain Outlet is hiring a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store’s appearance. Primary focus is on front-end operations, customer service, and merchandising to support sales.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, and stay informed about current promotions to answer questions and drive purchases. A positive team player attitude is essential for this role.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
