Job summary

Atrium is seeking a polished Retail Sales Associate to support a contemporary women’s fashion boutique in Beverly Hills. This temporary, full-time role requires weekend availability and offers a dynamic, customer-focused environment with an emphasis on personalized service.

The schedule runs Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM–6:30 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM–5:30 PM, totaling about 40 hours weekly. Prior women’s retail experience is preferred to deliver an elevated client experience.

• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and organization of the sales floor.
• Build rapport with clients and support ongoing customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the retail team to achieve store goals and maintain brand standards.
• Perform additional retail sales associate duties as needed.

Position Overview:
