EZPawn in Baytown, TX is hiring Retail Customer Service Representatives/Pawnbrokers to greet customers and assist with sales and pawn transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, courteous service in person and by phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions for pawn items such as jewelry, electronics and instruments.
• Assist with opening/closing store duties and daily operations.
• Adhere to company policies and perform background checks and drug tests as required.
• Promote and participate in training programs to advance from trainee to pawnbroker to manager.
