Job summary

Staples is seeking Sales Associates to provide exceptional customer service, help customers find products, and handle returns or online pickups. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment with training provided and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities include multitasking on cashier, sales and merchandising, responding to customer requests, creating a positive store atmosphere, and being flexible about duties such as stocking shelves and cleaning.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
• Must be able to engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Ability to collaborate in a high paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Lift/move materials in the 10–50 pound range; climb ladders; stand/walk constantly.
• Retail cashier or customer service experience preferred.
