Job summary

EZPAWN is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service team member in Amarillo, TX to provide friendly service and drive pawn and retail sales. You can start in a trainee role with paid training and progression through a defined career path within EZCORP family brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with sales and pawn items.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Open and close store duties.
• Interact with customers in person and on the phone to provide service.
• Meet performance targets and contribute to bonus opportunities.
• Follow store policies and procedures; maintain a clean, organized storefront.
