ABOUT THE ROLE

COMPENSATION

Starting Rate: $14.25

Hourly Pay Range: $14.25 – $15.12

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Customer Service: Engage customers and provide personalized advice to ensure they leave with the perfect choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales targets while learning about product offerings.
• Store Operations: Maintain display quality, restock shelves, manage merchandise and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; remain on feet for most of the shift.
• Cashier Duties: Process payments accurately and ensure a positive final impression for customers.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories to enhance customer experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to create an inviting environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.
