Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Alexander City, AL is seeking a Retail Sales Associate (part-time) to provide a great customer experience and perform sales transactions. You will help encourage participation in company programs and maintain a clean, safe store during operating hours from 6am to 10pm.

The position offers $14.00 per hour, eligibility for medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Job description

The anticipated rate for this position is $14.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Associates (and their families) are eligible to participate in a limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates can accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
