Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Retail Associate in Albertville, AL. You will deliver excellent customer service, process transactions at checkout, and support stock and merchandising tasks to keep the store inviting.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of retail experience, strong teamwork and communication, and basic MS Office skills. Expect non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays, with benefits provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience according to brand values and service guidelines.
• Strive to meet or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately at checkout quickly and securely.
• Keep store clean and orderly; follow visual merchandising rules.
• Execute and process incoming/outgoing merchandise; assist with stock.
• Support inventory counts and product availability.
• Follow all Policies, procedures and core competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working/shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours: weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.

YOUR MISSION

Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards, Through effective customer service, individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability targets, Responsible for accurately processing sales transactions at checkout, securely and quickly, Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store as well as compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA standards, Responsible for the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise, Assist with managing stock levels, inventory counts and product availability, as needed, Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities, Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment, Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position.

YOUR TALENT

At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or other relative experience, preferred, Strong team player, Strong communication skills, Ability to learn quickly, Knowledge of computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs, The ability to constantly walk and move about is required.

• Use of the following senses is critical to this position: speaking, hearing, near and far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision.

Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

The base pay for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 + Benefits (Benefit Summary_Part Time) Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
