Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is looking for a friendly Retail Sales Associate to assist customers and maintain an engaging store environment in Alamogordo, NM. You will handle transactions, help customers with promotions, and support donation programs while ensuring clean, organized merchandising and stock recovery.

The role requires a team-oriented attitude, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand for long periods while delivering friendly service.

The Retail Sales Associate assists Ollie's customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. Retail Sales Associates are responsible for all aspects of customer service, running registers, merchandising, and store maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to build long term customer loyalty.
• Accurately and efficiently manage cash register transactions.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
