Quality Talent Group is partnering with a busy retail retailer in Alamo, TX, to hire a Retail Sales Associate who will guide guests, share product knowledge, and create a welcoming, high-energy store environment.

You will handle transactions, contribute to store operations, resolve guest concerns, and strive to meet sales targets while delivering friendly, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• High school diploma (preferred)
• 1+ year sales or customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
