Albertsons Companies is seeking an entry-level Retail Sales and Store Support team member in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will keep the store clean and organized, assist customers, stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure accurate pricing and signage across departments.

Applicants should be comfortable standing for long periods, lifting up to 60 lbs, and using pallet jacks or box cutters after training.

Job Description:

A Day in the Life:

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, your day is focused on keeping the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You help customers locate what they need, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across different areas of the store. Whether restocking shelves, assisting with selections, or answering questions, your role helps customers move through their shopping experience with ease.

Another part of the role is keeping products available and displays in good condition throughout the day. You'll stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and maintain backroom organization. Between handling inventory, working across different departments, and maintaining store standards, the day stays active, making it a good fit for someone who enjoys variety and staying engaged in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years of age or older, depending on role requirements)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
