We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Retail Sales and Design Specialist. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences through expert knowledge in retail sales, interior design, and product styling. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and proficiency in managing retail operations and digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized customer service and product recommendations based on client needs and preferences.
• Manage retail operations including inventory management, sales transactions, and showroom maintenance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and offer tailored design solutions.
• Utilize Canva, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital tools to create engaging content and promote products.
• Assist in visual merchandising and styling of showroom displays to reflect Salt & Creek's brand aesthetic.
• Participate in weekend shifts, including private shopping events, markets, and pop-ups as required.
• Represent Salt & Creek at external events, showcasing our products and engaging with potential customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and interior design techniques.
• Work closely with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the boutique.

Requirements:
