Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role; lingerie/intimates a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using technology in daily tasks.
• Ability to work in a team selling environment.
• Growth mindset and positive approach to ambiguity and challenges.
• Open to evening, weekend and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the service experience by embodying brand values and creating a welcoming culture for diverse customers.
• Engage guests and VIP members with emphasis on body positivity, product knowledge and authenticity.
• Stay informed on VIP membership, promotions, and benefits.
• Collaborate with Store Leaders and Sales Team to achieve store targets.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising standards to support a smooth customer journey.
• Provide feedback to leadership to improve customer and team experience.
• Assist with inventory controls, receiving/transfers, counts, and back-of-house organization.
• Strive to improve day-to-day service, merchandising, and operational standards.
• Meet and exceed individual performance goals.
