Job summary

Anthropologie in Woodbury, MN, is growing and opening a new location. We are seeking Sales Associates to join the team and help deliver a genuine, unique shopping experience for every customer at 9120 Hudson Rd, Woodbury, MN 55125.

You will spark conversations, connect with multiple customers, share product suggestions, and support a frictionless checkout using available technology. Your role includes restock awareness, omni-order fulfillment, and maintaining Anthropologie’s visual and service

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Initiates genuine conversation to engage with the customer in a personalized way where all customers feel welcome, heard and valued
• Supports a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions
• Provides a frictionless customer experience by utilizing technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items not available in store
• Understands their contribution to service and selling on every shift in order to impact the store’s business
