Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking a friendly Retail Sales team member to help guests find the perfect items and create memorable shopping experiences in a welcoming environment. You will learn our products, assist customers, and support store operations with a team-first mindset.

No prior retail experience is required; training is provided. This role emphasizes hospitality, organization, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them find products with a friendly, L-shaped hospitality approach.
• Maintain store organization and assist team members as needed.
• Provide accurate product information and upsell where appropriate.
• Support cash wrap and merchandising tasks during shifts.
• Represent Cracker Barrel with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
