Job summary

SBHonline is seeking energetic and customer-focused Children\'s Wear Sales Associate for the remainder of the summer season at our Monmouth County, NJ store. The role requires weekend availability, with Sundays required and Saturdays not available. Full-Time preferred, Part-Time considered, seasonal.

Salary $20-$24 per hour. You will greet customers, provide styling advice, manage inventory, process transactions, and help maintain displays.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred (experience in children's apparel is a plus).
• Must be available to work Sunday throughout the rest of the summer, NO SATURDAY.
• Friendly, patient, and engaging personality with a knack for connecting with children and parents.
• Strong communication and basic math skills for cash handling.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the sales floor, and lift light merchandise boxes.
