Job summary

Cracker Barrel’s Retail Sales Team is focused on hospitality and helping guests find just what they’re looking for, from candles to snacks and gifts. You’ll be part of a warm, welcoming environment where teamwork and a can-do attitude shine, with opportunities to grow and learn.

We’ll train you even if you have no retail experience, and you’ll be supported by a strong culture that values service, organization, and guest memories.
