Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. is seeking a retail team member in Baton Rouge to welcome guests and help them find items that bring joy. You’ll learn quickly, stay organized, and balance multiple tasks while contributing to a warm, welcoming store culture.

We offer weekly pay, health insurance eligibility on day 1 for eligible roles, vacation time, and development opportunities. Growth paths include a PAR-style program and store-wide recognition events.
