Job summary

Aritzia is hiring a Risk Associate for our stores in Kansas to join the Enterprise Risk Management team. You will help deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining merchandise security and a safe store environment.

You will partner with store teams to minimize merchandise loss, champion inventory accuracy, and safeguard financial, information and physical assets, coaching colleagues on security best practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Loss Prevention / Risk.
• Retail experience is an asset.
• Post-secondary education in a related field.
