Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking a part-time Retail Reset Merchandiser in Des Moines, IA to reset and stock store sections per planogram. You’ll visit multiple grocery locations, build professional relationships with store management, and complete service visits with photos uploaded via our mobile app.

The role requires 18+ years old, reliable transportation, and availability Monday–Friday starting at 8 am; no evenings or weekends. Prior retail merchandising is preferred and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Available to work Monday – Friday, starting at 8 am. Occasional Fridays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have access to a smart device.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple locations per day.
• Retail merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reset and stock sections of the store according to a planogram.
• New item cut-ins and shelf management.
• Reporting service visits, including uploading photos through a mobile application.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and associates.
