Job summary

Advantage Solutions' SAS Retail Services is hiring a Retail Reset Merchandiser in San Jose, CA. You’ll visit store locations, rotate between sites, and set up shelves according to planograms to showcase products and promotions.

This hands-on role requires physical effort, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You’ll submit reports and photos daily, and coordinate with your supervisor to ensure accurate displays and timely execution.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Reliable transportation to assigned stores
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs
• Willing to rotate between store locations

As a Retail Reset Merchandiser, you’ll:

• Rotate between store locations, typically servicing one store per day
• Accurately reset shelves and products to new layouts using a planogram
• Move shelves, fixtures, tags, and products
• Submit timely reporting and photos
• Communicate with your supervisor on progress, needs, and issues
• Like a highly physical role that involves standing, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout the day and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to assigned stores
• Are 18 years or older
• Are self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven
• Have fun contributing independently or with a team
