• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure smooth store operations.
• Engage customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain backroom organization, tagging, and stock replenishment.
• Uphold safety, confidentiality, and company policies.
