Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on store policies and procedures.
• Provide impeccable customer service and upsell multi-item purchases when appropriate.

Some responsibilities of a Team Lead may include:

• Follow all policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Create a comfortable work environment for all colleagues.
• Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods of time, frequent bending, climbing, moving of ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
