Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Retail Project Merchandiser to support client projects across stores in the United States. The role involves product pulls, stocking, merchandising, and image captures with flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Customer service or sales experience is preferred; employment is ongoing on an as-needed basis with competitive hourly

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs; occasional 100 lbs with assistance.
• Able to work in cold store environments.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform product pulls, stocking, merchandising, and image captures according to provided instructions.
• Execute all tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy and precision.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute all assigned projects with required quality and accuracy to maintain account aesthetics.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of all company policies.
• Communicate daily activities, sales opportunities, and barriers to the onsite supervisor.
• Utilize handheld device functions effectively and consistently.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
• Work flexible shifts (am or pm) based on store requirements
