Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer leaves with the perfect choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales goals and develop skills in retail sales and product knowledge.
• Store Operations: Keep the store presentable, organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise; lifting up to 50 pounds and standing most of the shift.
• Cashier Duties: Process payments accurately and ensure customers have a great final impression.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories to boost sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand.
