Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Retail Producerplays a critical role in Goodwill’s Donated Goods& Retail (DGR) optimization strategy bydeterminingtheappropriate retailvalue, pricing, and presentation of donated merchandise. This position supportsspeed-to-floor, revenue maximization, and product quality by applying established pricing guidelines and1-Touchprinciples to minimize handling and rework.

The Retail Producerensures that merchandise is accurately priced, properlyidentifiedfor specialized sales channels (including e-commerce when applicable), and staged for efficient movement to the sales floor.
