Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Southgate, MI is seeking a Retail Store Processor to turn donations into ready-for-sale items, keeping the store organized and meeting production goals. You will sort, tag, price merchandise, move processed goods to the sales floor, assist with loading trucks, and provide friendly service to donors.

This is a part-time role, about 20 hours weekly, with evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise.
• Help track and report production numbers.
• Move processed merchandise to sales floor.
• Provide friendly, helpful service to donors.
• Receive trucks and assist to load, unload and move product to the correct departments.
• Maintain clean work and storage spaces.
• Work together with team members to meet daily production goals for merchandise processing and store stock.
