Staples Print Solutions in Massachusetts is seeking a friendly Print Specialist to deliver excellent customer service and professional print solutions. You will operate print and production equipment and help customers with their copy and print needs in a fast-paced, team-oriented store.

This part-time position offers flexible hours, weekly pay, and benefits such as associate discounts, 401(k) with company match, and dental/vision insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers as they enter the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand customers' copy print needs and build relationships.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer a total print solution.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist with shipping).

Print Specialists provide exceptional customer service and solutions to customers' print needs. You will produce professionally finished products using print and production equipment. You will also be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture. Hiring immediately and training in print provided.
