Job summary

Staples in Rutland, VT is seeking a Print Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service for print needs and produce professionally finished products using in-store equipment. You will be part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture with training provided.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, asking open-ended questions to understand print needs, using order intake tools, assisting in self-service areas, and generating leads.

• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area and with PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultation to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist customers with shipping).

Print Specialists provide exceptional customer service and solutions to customers' print needs. You will produce professionally finished products using print and production equipment. You will also be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture. Hiring immediately and training in print provided.
