Staples Print Specialists deliver exceptional customer service and professional print solutions in a welcoming, team‑oriented retail setting. You will help customers with copy and print needs, operate printers, and support in-store tasks while enjoying a collaborative culture.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs and build relationships.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and propose a print solution.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist with shipping).

Print Specialists provide exceptional customer service and solutions to customers' print needs. You will produce professionally finished products using print and production equipment. You will also be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture. Hiring immediately and training in print provided.

• Greet customers as they enter the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively

• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer an appropriate total print solution
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area utilizing the copy machines and PC rentals
