A leading retail company in Easley is hiring Print Specialists to provide exceptional customer service and solutions for print needs. The role offers flexible part-time hours, generous paid time off, and career growth opportunities. Candidates must have strong customer service skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment. This position requires basic computer skills and the ability to lift supplies.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
• Ability to work with many customers to provide a total solution.
• Ability to lift and move supplies in the 10–50 pound range.
• Basic computer skills, including Word.
• Collaborative in a high-paced environment.
• Ability to handle conflicts professionally.
• Honesty and integrity with customer and business info.
• Able to lift 10–50 pounds and stand/walk.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in the Print Solutions department and respond quickly.
• Ask questions to build relationships and understand customers' needs.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultation to generate potential leads.
• Perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist customers with shipping).

Print Specialists

Provide exceptional customer service and solutions to customers' print needs. You'll produce professionally finished products using print and production equipment and be collaborative, inclusive and part of a fun, team‑oriented retail culture. Hiring immediately and training in print is provided. After applying, you may have the opportunity to schedule an in‑person interview within.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively
• Ask open‑ended questions to build relationships and understand customers' copy print needs
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer an appropriate total print solution
• Assist customers with tasks in the self‑service area utilizing copy machines and PC rentals
• Ask qualifying questions during consultation to generate potential leads
• Perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist customers with shipping)

Essential Skills & Experience

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs
• Ability to work with many customers to provide a total solution
• Attention to detail and keen eye for quality issues
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs)
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift and move supplies in the 10–50 pound range, stand and walk continuously
