Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a Store Associate in Pooler, GA to provide quality customer service, maintain store standards, and maximize sales through attentive service. The role involves price tagging, ensuring accuracy of 1,000 item pricing weekly, and following safety guidelines.

You will work on a team to support store operations and help customers with a friendly, efficient shopping experience. Responsibilities include maintaining signage, processing price changes, and adhering to company policies

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Must meet minimum age requirements and be able to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, accurate service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Courteous and helpful to other associates.
• Ensure advertising and sales promotion materials are properly utilized.
• Replace price tags for items that change price and ensure accuracy.
• Pull tags and hangs for items deleted; maintain signage for displays.
