Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in planning, allocation, merchandising, or business analytics.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative and proactive team player with a strong sense of accountability.

Responsibilities

• Build preseason sales, margin, and inventory plans by department and class using historical data and current trend insights.
• Summarize opportunities and risks in product and financial plans, incorporating key metrics such as markup, average unit cost, and margin rate.
• Present financial plans and recommendations to cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Provide weekly updates on sales, margin, and inventory performance versus forecast at both a high level and style level.
• Partner with Merchandising, Allocation, and Assortment Planning to make data-driven decisions that optimize product flow, pricing, and receipt management.
• Prepare in-season forecasts and participate in monthly OTB meetings.
• Analyze sell-through and inventory-to-sales ratios, proposing pricing and promotional actions to maximize profitability.
