Magic Memories is hiring a Retail Photo Operations Assistant Manager for the Grand Canyon Railway in Williams, AZ. The role focuses on leading the retail team, delivering high-quality guest experiences, and driving sales at a popular attraction.

The position is full-time and non-exempt, with paid training, benefits, and opportunities for growth. Availability across days, evenings, and weekends is required to support tourism operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year people management experience and/or training.
• 2 years guest service experience preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with coaching and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create Magic Memories by providing world-class service.
• Lead a retail team to achieve sales goals.
• Assist with all operational aspects of a high-volume souvenir photography retail operation.
• Act as lead manager in the absence of the Retail Photography Manager.
• Provide floor supervision and administrative duties to keep focus on guest service and sales goals.
• Develop, train, and motivate staff to meet guest service and financial targets.
