Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Florida. The role involves preparing and distributing medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, delivering meds to Patient Care Areas, and handling data entry and third-party adjudication.

You will help maintain medication inventory and mentor new staff, students and volunteers. Estimated pay range for this position is $20.42 - $26.55 per hour depending on experience, with benefits and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/ambulatory pharmacy settings preferred.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry and third-party adjudication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain medication stock and storage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medications under pharmacist supervision.
• Deliver medications to Patient Care Areas and respond to calls.
• Perform accurate data entry and manage third-party adjudication.
• Maintain inventory, stock levels and proper medication storage.
• Mentor and train new staff, students and volunteers.
