Retail Pharmacy Associate – Inventory

Starting Wage from: $18.00 - $23.00

Responsibilities

• Count and record inventory with precision – capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow using the provided playbook.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals and track productivity-based wage increases.

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records while collaborating with healthcare professionals at inventory events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in Pharmacy, Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver, or Warehouse work is desirable.
• No prior inventory experience required – training will be provided.
• Preferred prior experience in a healthcare setting such as a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, medical office, or medical sales environment.
• Completion of pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required.
• Compliance with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including screening requirements, PPE requirements, and confidentiality requirements.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines.
• No degree required; experience and military service encouraged.

Working Conditions

This position requires frequent travel by car and occasionally by air, standing for prolonged periods, using both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, squatting, kneeling, or crouching, using step stools, and lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs.
