Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Hospital experience or residency preferred.
• License in good standing by the State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriate ingredients.
• Counsel patients on medications, interactions and storage.
• Interpret orders and advise on drug choices and dosing.
• Provide oversight and supervision for pharmacy staff.
