Job summary

Amberwell Health is seeking a Retail Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care, oversight of medication therapy, and dispensing with accurate documentation. You will work with the team to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and proper storage and documentation of medications.

The ideal candidate holds PharmD or RPh, is Immunization Certified and CPR certified, and maintains a current Kansas Pharmacist License. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD or Rph required.
• Immunization certification required.
• Current Kansas Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Preferred: 1+ year Retail Pharmacist experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care, including oversight, monitoring, preparation, dispensing and documentation of medication therapy.
• Provide drug information and patient information; oversee dispensing systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local laws and regulations; proper storage of pharmaceuticals.
