Responsibilities

• Processes, enters, verifies, and distributes medication orders in a timely manner per policy.
• Ensures therapy is efficacious, safe, and cost-effective.
• Verifies indication, dose, route, and interactions.
• Generates daily medication utilization reports for review.
• Supports department cost-saving and formulary adherence.
• Collaborates with leadership on procurement and process improvements.
