Job summary

Specialty Medical Staffing is actively seeking experienced Retail Pharmacists for a full-time assignment in Klamath Falls, OR. This role offers consistent hours in a well‑supported retail pharmacy environment, with 40 hours per week and four 10‑hour shifts.

Start ASAP and duration through approximately December. Weekday hours are 9:00 AM–7:00 PM, with 1–2 weekends per month. Travel assistance may be available for qualified candidates. Training will be provided based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail pharmacy experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy retail pharmacy environment.
• EnterpriseRx experience preferred but not required.
• ScriptPro experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily retail pharmacy operations.
• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Provide medication counseling and patient education.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and clerical support staff.
• Support efficient prescription filling and dispensing workflows.
• Assist with medication inventory and pharmacy operations.
• Administer vaccinations when trained and qualified.
• Maintain compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
