You’ll help customers choose products, stock shelves, and maintain clean displays while learning about nutrition and care for dogs, cats, and other pets.

Responsibilities

• Greet neighbors with a friendly, pawsitively passionate attitude.
• Help new puppy parents pick the right food or assist regulars with forgotten items.
• Make thoughtful product recommendations based on each pet’s needs.
• Operate the POS system, process transactions, and handle returns.
• Promote store specials, loyalty programs, and current offers.
• Stock shelves, manage inventory, and keep displays organized.
• Lift and stock bags of pet food and supplies.
• Assist pet parents with self-wash stations and explain the process.
• Restock bathing supplies and keep the store clean and welcoming.
• Provide occasional services like walk-in nail trims (training provided).

What You’ll Do
