Store - AUS-BEE CAVES, TX

Plan, coordinate, and facilitate events (including kids' birthday parties) within a Michaels store to provide a fun, engaging, and stress-free experience for guests. Deliver friendly customer service by assisting customers in shopping and finding products. Ensure a quick and friendly checkout process. Complete operational tasks such as truck unload, merchandise duties, and store recovery to uphold our Brand Promises.

Event Coordination

• Plan and coordinate multiple events, including children's birthday parties and craft classes.
• Create a fun and creative environment for clients of all ages.
• Demonstrate crafts, perform face painting, and lead activities.
• Manage party add-ons like goody bags and balloons.
• Communicate event details with clients and team members.
• Handle administrative tasks such as emails, calls, and paperwork.
• Adapt plans based on client feedback and needs.
• Develop backup or emergency plans.
• Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards; set up and clean after events.

Customer Experience

• Assist customers with shopping, locating products, and providing solutions.
• Ensure fast, friendly checkout experiences.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, assisting with enrollments.
• Educate customers about Voice of Customer surveys.
• Support Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain merchandise recovery and store presentation.
• Support store safety and shrink programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance.
• Interact positively with customers and team members, promoting a respectful environment.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
• Participate in daily store cleaning activities.
