Advance Auto Parts in Woodbridge, VA seeks a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert DIY guidance, part knowledge, and in-store service. You will use store systems to lookup parts, assist customers, and perform battery and wiper services as needed.

You will drive sales, support inventory, and uphold store cleanliness and safety while taking on keyholder responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred, ASE-ready acceptable.
• Valid driver’s license required for some tasks.
• Strong communication and math skills for everyday tasks.
• Ability to read parts catalogs and use store systems.

The role has expert knowledge of store systems, advanced automotive system knowledge and part knowledge. This role has the ability for advanced identification, trouble shooting and project assistance for DIY customers. The role has the ability to source from numerous places including special order, FDO, second source, etc. The role has in-depth knowledge of the store inventory and maintenance processes.
