Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a full-time Team Leader and be a role model by providing a memorable brand experience for our customers. This role involves training staff to exceed standards in customer service, product knowledge, and sales.

Responsibilities

1. Maximize sales through regular review of sales and margin data
2. Implement effective space management techniques
3. Maintain store graphics and pricing systems to enhance customer experience and sales
4. Ensure fixtures are replenished
5. Analyze competitor visual merchandising and identify opportunities for improvement
6. Train staff on visual merchandising according to LEGO guidelines
7. Motivate and develop a high-performance team aligned with LEGO’s values

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience in retail
• Experience in employee training, cash handling, inventory, and sales auditing
• Familiarity with POS systems and visual merchandising
• Physical ability to move, stand for extended periods, and lift at least 30 lbs
• Availability to work 40 hours per week

Additional Information

The hourly wage ranges from $20.11 to $21.51, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and other factors. Benefits and detailed compensation will be discussed upon offer finalization.
