Job summary

LEGO Brand Retail invites a part-time Team Leader at Cool Springs Galleria, Franklin, TN to guide a team, ensure excellent guest experiences and uphold LEGO standards. You will train associates, supervise shifts, and manage merchandising with a focus on accuracy, stock control and loss prevention.

Key duties include scheduling, supporting the ASM/SM, maintaining stockrooms, and ensuring pricing and store graphics support optimal sales. Hybrid work policy applies.

The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.CompensationThe hourly wage for the position has a range of $22.10 - $25.30 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
