Overview

As a Part Time Retail Store Associate at Office Depot, your role is vital to our success. You'll engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, creating a positive shopping experience while driving sales.

As a Store Associate, you will actively connect with customers, addressing their needs by recommending products, services, and solutions. You will be trained in technology and print products/services to assist customers effectively and apply sales principles to foster growth.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience: Support a positive experience by engaging customers, promoting solutions, and being aware of promotions and loyalty programs.
2. Store Operations: Maintain store and print department appearance, follow signage and merchandising standards, organize freight, and manage inventory.
3. Print and Tech Expertise: Develop product knowledge through training and certifications.

Education and Experience
