Job summary

Clarks is seeking Part Time Sales Associates to join our retail team in California. You’ll deliver friendly customer service, organize merchandise, and help customers with upselling while maintaining visual standards and store operations.

We offer medical and dental plans to eligible employees under ACA, and an employee discount on all Clarks products. This is a part-time, entry-to-mid level role with flexible hours and opportunities to grow with a global footwear leader.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to upsell products to customers.
• Maintain store merchandising and loss prevention policies.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize the store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper placement of product.
• Practice impeccable customer service skills.
• Upsell the customer, when appropriate, on multiple pairs and accessories.
• Exemplify the Clarks Brand.
• Follow all policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist in store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for all colleagues.
• Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Standing for extended periods; frequent bending, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs.
