Clarks is seeking Part Time Sales Associates to join our team in Foley, AL. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, organizing product displays, and supporting overall store operations.

Ideal candidates will drive sales, upsell where appropriate, and uphold the Clarks brand standards while working collaboratively with teammates in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to drive sales and meet targets.
• Merchandise organization and visual presentation skills.
• Willingness to upsell and promote products.

Responsabilités

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock; ensure proper product placement.
• Provide impeccable customer service and assist shoppers.
• Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
• Represent and exemplify the Clarks brand in-store.
• Follow policies for loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist in store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Stand for extended periods; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods of time, frequent bending, climbing, moving of ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
